Instructions

  1. First put the water in a saucepan on the stove and wait until it boils. Salt a little and add the rice to the saucepan. Bring to the boil once and let the rice swell over low heat for about 20 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, heat the butter in a pan and fry the garlic a little. Then add to the rice and stir in. When the rice is ready, cut the washed spring onions into fine rings and mix with the rice.
