Ingredients

  • 1 bunch spring onion (s)
  • 200 g cream cheese
  • 50 g crème fraîche
  • 100 g feta cheese
  • some pepper, freshly ground
  • possibly salt

Instructions

  1. Clean the white and light green parts of the spring onions, cut lengthways into strips and across into thin slices.
  2. Mix the cream cheese with the crème fraîche, crumble the feta over it and work in well with a fork. Grind the pepper over the cream and work in with the spring onions. Let the cream soak through, preferably overnight, and season with salt if necessary.
  3. Serve with bread, crackers or with jacket potatoes. The cream is easy to prepare and is suitable for buffets or as a snack with beer or wine.
