Ingredients
- 300 g cream cheese
- 200 g mascarpone
- 1 large vegetable onion (s)
- 3 tablespoon fried onions
- 1 tablespoon oil, (garlic oil)
- 1 clove garlic, pressed
- salt
- pepper
- some butter
- Possibly milk, to stir until smooth

- Mix the cream cheese and mascarpone with 1 tablespoon of garlic oil until smooth. Finely chop the vegetable onion and set aside about half of it.
- Briefly sweat the other half together with the pressed garlic in a saucepan with a little butter. Then mix into the cream with the raw, finely chopped onions and the fried onions until you have a spreadable mixture. Possibly use milk to stir until smooth. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Garnish with fried onions before serving. Serve with crackers or baguette bread.
