Ingredients
- 500 g mayonnaise
- 400 g sour cream
- 200 g crème fraîche
- 2 medium onion (s)
- 3 tablespoon parsley
- 1 tablespoon dill
- 1 clove garlic or garlic granules
- 2 dashes lemon juice
- 2 dashes vinegar - essence
- possibly vinegar

- Finely chop the onions and mix with the parsley, dill, lemon and vinegar essence. Then add the mayonnaise, sour cream and creme fraiche and stir to a smooth mass. Finally refine with garlic and season with lemon and vinegar if necessary.
- Chill and steep for approx. 2 - 3 hours before consumption.
