- 1 apple
- 200 g sour cream or crème fraîche
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 pinch herbal salt
- 1 pinch (s) pepper
- 1 pinch (s) chili powder

- Finely dice the pickles. Peel and quarter the apple and remove the core. Cut the apple into small pieces and drizzle with lemon juice.
- Mix everything with the sour cream and season with herb salt and pepper. Finally, pour some chili powder over it.
- It also tastes good with rye bread, pumpernickel, jacket potatoes, boiled potatoes or fried potatoes.
