• 400 g sour cream
• 300 g quark (low-fat quark)
• 0.5 ½ bottle sauce (salsa sauce)
• 1 onion (s), red, diced
• 2 bell peppers, green, diced
• 4 tomato (s), diced
• 0.5 ½ iceberg lettuce, cut into fine strips
• 150 g cheddar cheese or Gouda cheese

Instructions

1. You practically only stack: Mix the sour cream with quark, salt and pepper and spread on a baking sheet so that you have a 1/2 cm thick layer. Pour the salsa sauce on top and spread it with a spoon. Then sprinkle onion, peppers, tomatoes, iceberg lettuce and cheese evenly over the top and if I haven`t forgotten anything, you`ll have an amazing party dip, I guarantee that it will be gone within 10 minutes if you go to a well-attended party.
