Beat the eggs and salt well with the mixer. Add the milk and the melted margarine, then mix with the flour. Pull a tea towel through boiling water, wring it out and place in a bowl. Pour in the dough and tie it loosely with twine. Then cook the flour bag with the bacon for 2 hours. Arrange the finished flour bag with the sliced bacon. A cherry sauce is served with it. You can also make flour bags in a mold, but the result is usually very dry, in the cloth it is much more juicy.
