Instructions

  1. Mix the finely diced ginger with half a liter of water. Then brush through a hair sieve and press the ginger puree well against the sieve bottom.
  2. Mix the squeezed ginger juice with the lime juice, the remaining half a liter of water, pineapple juice and cane sugar. Garnish with mint leaves and serve very cold.
