Ingredients

  • 150 g iner, fresh, finely diced
  • 5 lime (s), the juice it
  • 1 liter pineapple juice
  • 1 liter water
  • 6 tablespoon cane sugar, finer
  • mint

Instructions

  1. Mix the finely diced ginger with half a liter of water. Then brush through a hair sieve and press the ginger puree well against the sieve bottom.
  2. Mix the squeezed ginger juice with the lime juice, the remaining half a liter of water, pineapple juice and cane sugar. Garnish with mint leaves and serve very cold.

  4. The cane sugar should be as fine as possible so that it dissolves quickly - that`s why I process it into powdered sugar before mixing.
