Instructions

  1. Wash and peel the tomatoes, remove the stalk, cut into small pieces and puree in a blender. Mix with the lemon juice, the grated zest and the preserving sugar and leave to steep for 2-3 hours.
  2. Bring slowly to the boil while stirring. Let it simmer for four minutes.
  3. Pour into clean jars and close, place jars on lids and let cool.
