Instructions

  1. Sift the flour, salt, and baking powder into a large bowl. Mix in the sugar. Whisk eggs in a bowl. Stir in milk, oil and vanilla sugar. Make a well in the middle of the dry ingredients and pour the liquid ingredients into it. Mix briefly with a wooden spoon. Line 12-cup muffin pan with paper liners. Pour half of the dough into the molds with a tablespoon, put a dollop of jam on each one and then fill up with the remaining dough. Bake in the preheated oven at 200 ° C for about 20 minutes.
