- Wash, peel, and gut the fish. Then make cuts on the fish at a distance of about 1 cm.
- Salt the fish inside and out.
- Prepare a marinade from olive oil, juice of half a lemon, and seasoning.
- Pour the marinade over the fish.
- Place a few slices of lemon in the middle of each carcass. Marinate for about 1 hour or more.
