Dorado Fish Baked in the Oven

Baked dorado fish. This fish has dense white meat and few bones. Add more seasoning and lemon, it will be delicious!

Ingredients

  • Dorado – 2 pcs.
  • Olive oil – 4-5 tbsp
  • Seasoning for fish – 2 teaspoon
  • Lemon – 1 pc.
  • Salt to taste

How to cook oven baked dorado fish:

Directions

  1. Wash, peel, and gut the fish. Then make cuts on the fish at a distance of about 1 cm.
  2. Salt the fish inside and out.
  3. Prepare a marinade from olive oil, juice of half a lemon, and seasoning.
  4. Pour the marinade over the fish.
  5. Place a few slices of lemon in the middle of each carcass. Marinate for about 1 hour or more.
  6. Then wrap each carcass separately in foil. Top the fish with the marinade in which it was marinated.
  7. Place the dorado in foil in a baking dish and place in the oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
  8. Open the foil and bake the dorado in the oven for another 10-15 minutes, setting the “Grill” mode, until golden brown.
