Red Fish Baked in the Oven

Red fish cooked in this way is not dry, but tender and very tasty. I recommend giving it a try.
Ingredients
- Red fish (salmon or trout) – 5 steaks
- Lemon – 1 pc.
- Seasoning for fish – to taste
- Salt to taste
- Freshly ground pepper mixture – to taste
Directions
- Wash the fish, peel the scales, and cut into portions.
- Make a marinade. To do this, squeeze out the lemon juice, add fish seasoning, salt, and a mixture of freshly ground peppers. Stir the marinade.
- Place the fish in a bowl. Pour in the marinade and leave to marinate for 3 hours.
- Put the fish on a baking sheet and send to bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
- When the fish is ready, serve immediately. It should be eaten hot.
