Oven-baked Fish with Paprika

Soon the whole family will gather at the table, and you have nothing to serve? Then this recipe will help you out. Delicate baked white fish fillet with butter and paprika, with rice as a garnish, will please everyone without exception.

Servings: 2
Ingredients
- Whitefish, fillet – 500 g
- Butter (ghee) – 20 g
- Ground sweet paprika – 1/2 teaspoon
- Vegetable oil – 1 teaspoon
- Salt to taste
- Ground black pepper – to taste
Directions
- Dry the fish fillets with a paper towel, salt, pepper, and sprinkle with sweet paprika
- Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil. Place the fish fillets in a mold. Melt the butter (plain or frozen ghee) and pour the butter over the fish.
- Cover the tin with foil.
- Bake the fish in the oven at 200 degrees for 20 minutes, until tender. Remove the baked fish from the oven and remove the foil.
- Boil rice for a side dish in plenty of salted water for 15-20 minutes. Place the rice on a sieve.
- Place the baked fish and rice on a plate and serve immediately.
