Ingredients

  • 3 salmon fillet (s), fresh
  • 2 fish fillet (s) (cod or redfish)
  • 1 large onion (s)
  • 1 red pepper (s)
  • 1 yellow pepper (s)
  • 1 zucchini
  • 10 mushrooms
  • 3 tomato (s)
  • 2 cups cream
  • 2 thyme (herb pieces)
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut the fish fillets into pieces 5 by 5 cm and distribute them in a large baking dish. Cut all vegetables into evenly bite-sized pieces and distribute over the fish. Crumble the herb pieces over the casserole, season with salt, pepper and pour the cream over them. Bake in the oven for 45 minutes at approx. 180 degrees.
  2. There is also baguette bread.
