  1. Peel the fish, wash and salt to taste. Fry in vegetable oil, breading in flour, until golden brown.
  2. Grind vegetables and simmer until soft. Add salt, pepper, tomato paste. Then – flour (to thicken the sauce).
  3. And add a little water. In the end, there is a bay leaf. Simmer for a couple of minutes.
  4. Send the fried fish to a baking dish, pour over the sauce, and cook in the oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
