Dorado Fish Baked in the Oven

Delicate, juicy, and appetizing fish for dinner. Very simple and incredibly delicious!

Ingredients

  • Dorado – 2 pcs.
  • Tomatoes – 2 pcs.
  • Bulb onions – 1 pc.
  • Olive oil – 2 tbsp
  • Provencal herbs (dried) – 1 teaspoon.
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper – to taste

How to cook oven baked dorado fish:

Directions

  1. Peel the fish, gut, rinse, dry with paper towels, rub with salt, pepper, and dried herbs.
  2. Cut the onion into thin half-rings.
  3. Scald the tomato, then pour over with cold water, remove the skin, chop finely.
  4. Fry the onions in olive oil until transparent, add the tomatoes, simmer everything together for 3-4 minutes.
  5. Stuff the fish with vegetables, wrap it in foil.
  6. Bake dorado in an oven heated to 200 ° C for 30 minutes.
  7. Then open the foil, grease the fish with olive oil and bake for another 10 minutes, until golden brown.
