Red Fish Baked in Foil

Gorgeous dinner – red fish baked in foil with boiled potatoes. I love salmon steak. And I recommend you try it.

Servings: 2

Ingredients

  • Red fish (salmon, trout, salmon) – 300 g
  • Jacket-boiled potatoes – 4 pcs.
  • Bulb onions – 1 pc.
  • Sour cream (or mayonnaise) – 4 tbsp
  • Vegetable oil – 2 teaspoon
  • Lemon juice – 1-2 teaspoon
  • Seasoning for fish – to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Wash the fish, dry it, cut it into steaks. Season with salt, pepper, sprinkle with lemon juice. Leave on for 10-20 minutes.
  2. Peel the onion, wash, cut into rings.
  3. Peel the boiled potatoes, cut into slices (0.8-1 cm thick).
  4. Turn on the oven. Put a sheet of foil on a baking sheet. Brush with sour cream (or mayonnaise). First a layer of the onion. Then layout a layer of potatoes. Salt a little. Put the fish on the potatoes. Sprinkle with vegetable oil.
  5. Wrap everything in foil. Place the baking sheet in the oven on the middle shelf. Bake at 180-190 degrees for about 40 minutes.
  6. Red fish baked in foil with potatoes is ready. Sprinkle the dish with herbs and you can serve red fish baked in foil to the table.
