Fish Baked in Foil

Fish baked in foil retains not only the maximum of its useful properties but also all its juiciness. And if you add tomatoes, olives, and spices to fish fillets, you will easily and simply get an unusually tasty dish.

Cook: 50 minutes

Servings: 4


  • Fish fillet – 800 g
  • Tomatoes – 2 pcs.
  • Garlic – 2 cloves
  • Olives – 8 pcs.
  • Chopped parsley – 4 tbsp
  • Sunflower oil – 4 tbsp
  • Spices (basil, coriander) – 0.5 teaspoon (to taste)
  • Ground black pepper – 0.5 teaspoon (to taste)
  • Salt – 1 teaspoon (to taste)

How to cook baked fish in foil:


  1. Prepare fish fillets, cut into 4 portions, season with salt and pepper.
  2. Peel the garlic, cut the cloves in half.
  3. Wash the tomatoes, cut in half, cut the stem.
  4. Wash, chop the parsley finely.
  5. Apply ready-made or make bowls from foil, grease the bottom with sunflower oil.
  6. Place fish fillets in each bowl.
  7. Then half a tomato, half a clove of garlic, 2 olives.
  8. Add a spoonful of chopped parsley and a pinch of spices.
  9. Sprinkle with oil. Turn on the oven.
  10. Carefully wrap the edges of the bowls and place them on a baking sheet in the oven. Bake for 30 minutes at 190 degrees.
  11. The baked fish in foil is ready.
