Instructions

  1. Put 1 Giotto rod aside.
  2. Put the remaining 4 in a bowl and crush the Giotto balls very finely with a fork. Add some milk and cream so that the mixture is not too runny. Then stir in the vanilla sugar and fold in the quark.
  3. Arrange on dessert plates and garnish with a few Giotto balls.
