Instructions

  1. First let the cherries drain well in a sieve, collecting the cherry juice.
  2. Place half of the ladyfingers in a baking dish and drizzle with cherry juice.
  3. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler while stirring the cream.
  4. When the chocolate has melted, add to the chocolate cream and stir well, also add the coriander. Finally, add the sour cream.
  5. Now distribute half of the cherries on the ladyfingers, dust with a little cinnamon and pour half of the cream on top.
  6. Now put another layer of ladyfingers on top, press lightly and drizzle with a little cherry juice, pour the remaining cherries on top, dust with cinnamon and finally spread the rest of the cream on top.
  7. Chill for a few hours if possible, in between you can decorate (chocolate shavings, stars, chocolate decorating cream).
  8. Take out of the fridge just before serving.
