Instructions

  1. Soak the meat in the marinade for two days and turn several times.
  2. Drain.
  3. Rub with salt and pepper and fry vigorously in lard. Gradually add the marinade and let it boil down again and again. Stew for approx. 1 - 1.5 hours.
  4. Finally, season with apple or lemon juice.
  5. I recommend cranberry cabbage and potato dumplings as side dishes.
