For the marinade:

- Soak the meat in the marinade for two days and turn several times.
- Drain.
- Rub with salt and pepper and fry vigorously in lard. Gradually add the marinade and let it boil down again and again. Stew for approx. 1 - 1.5 hours.
- Finally, season with apple or lemon juice.
- I recommend cranberry cabbage and potato dumplings as side dishes.
