Take the dumpling dough out of the pack and mix with the eggs and water. Let the mixture rest for 10 minutes while frying the minced meat with the onion.
Put half of the dumpling mixture in a greased baking dish and distribute evenly. Mix the sauerkraut with the minced meat and distribute evenly over the dumpling mixture. Cover the sauerkraut and minced meat mixture with the second half of the dumpling mixture. Scatter the grated Gouda cheese over it and drizzle with a little cream.
