Instructions

  1. Peel the potatoes and cook in salted water for 20 minutes. After draining, immediately press through a potato press onto a tea towel and allow to cool. Then mix in a bowl with the salt and the potato flour, add the milk (first dose carefully) and knead. The dough should roll and shape without sticking.
  2. Shape 6-8 dumplings and place in boiling salted water. Let it simmer gently for 20 minutes, the dumplings then rise to the top.
