Instructions

  1. Cut the cheese into cubes. Chop the pickles. Halve the grapes, quarter if necessary. Finely chop the leek or spring onion. Put the ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Mix the mayonnaise and crème fraîche together. Chop the herbs very finely and add to the mixture.
  3. Mix everything together. Let the salad stand for about 1 hour and then enjoy.
