Instructions

  1. Melt rock sugar in water and add butter.
  2. After cooling, mix with the remaining ingredients to form a dough. Let the dough stand overnight (at least 6 hours) and then bake the waffles in portions. Roll into rolls over a piece of wood immediately after baking.
  3. Attention! it has to be done very quickly and it is easy to burn your fingers.
  4. Long-established residents bake with up to 5 waffle irons at the same time, but I can only do it with three.
