Mix all the dough ingredients together well and place in a springform pan lined with baking paper. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C and then bake the base for about 15 minutes.
Take the cake out of the oven, but do not remove the edge of the springform pan. You keep it as a protective ring so that the chocolate icing doesn`t run away.
Melt the chocolate and 30 g butter together (either in a double boiler or in the microwave). The melted mass is stirred vigorously with a whisk so that it becomes nice and creamy. Put this chocolate mixture on the bottom and smooth it out.
Tip: If you want, you can decorate the topping with colorful sugar sprinkles or something similar.
Finally place in the refrigerator for about 1 hour so that the chocolate sets.
