Prepare Ebly according to the instructions on the package.
Fry the mince in the oil, cut the onions into rings, finely chop the garlic. Add both with curry and saffron to the mince and sauté briefly. Pour in coconut milk and broth. Core the tomatoes, dice the pulp and add to the mince. Cover and cook for approx. 4 minutes. Season to taste with salt, pepper and sugar. If necessary thicken with a light sauce thickener
