Instructions

  1. First the almond is peeled so that it looks nice and light and clean (this works best if you put it in hot water for 5 minutes and then peel it off). Now the icing is made with lemon juice and powdered sugar. A few squirts of the juice should be enough (amount to be tried).
  2. Now attach the wafer roll to the gingerbread with a dash of icing (put it through the hole) and with another spritz the almond (standing) on the wafer roll. Finally, the work can be decorated with sugar pearls and icing.
