Instructions

  1. Clean, gut and slice the eel. Cut the spring onions into bite-sized pieces and puree the broccoli. Cook the ingredients in boiling salted water for 25 minutes.
  2. Drain the ingredients. Mix the baking mixture. Mix carefully with the other ingredients. Add eggs and quark and preheat the oven to 175 degrees or gas oven level 2.
  3. Put the mixture in a greased form and squeeze some garlic over it. Put in the oven for 50 minutes.
  4. After cooling, sprinkle the herbs of Provence over the cake. Spread the fat over it. Serve with lemon and sour cream.
  5. 500 Kcal per serving.
