- Cut or chop eggs very finely. Add the parsley, onions, ham and mayonnaise, mix everything together. Season to taste.
- Shape 24 balls. Roll in the chopped nuts and let stand in the refrigerator for an hour. Serve afterwards.
- Note: Depending on your taste, you can use boiled, air-dried or smoked ham.
- The same applies to nuts: trying is more important than studying. Attention! If you have salted nuts, carefully season the egg mixture with salt.
