Instructions

  1. Hard boil 5 eggs, let cool and chop. Knead with the breadcrumbs, the raw egg, salt, pepper and parsley, add a little more breadcrumbs if necessary.
  2. Form meatballs from the finished mixture with wet hands and fry them in the hot margarine in a non-stick pan.
  3. Grandma also has potatoes, mixed vegetables and gravy. If there is no gravy leftover, light herb sauce will do the same.
