Flour, for breading
breadcrumbs
Egg (s), lightly beaten, for breading
Oil, for deep-frying

Instructions
Mash the potatoes, add the flour, egg yolk, salt and nutmeg and mix. Shape around 24 croquettes or balls out of it.
Turn these one after the other in flour, egg and breadcrumbs and fry in oil.
