Instructions

  1. Halve the eggs lengthways and remove the yolks. Finely mash the egg yolks with a fork, mix with the mustard, vinegar and oil. Chop the egg white very finely, mix into the sauce. Stir the herbs into the sauce and season with salt and pepper.
