Sift the flour into a large bowl.
Add softened (but not melted!) Butter to the flour.
Mix gently.
Add milk to the mixture. Milk should be at room temperature.
Add powdered sugar to the dough.
Stir until smooth.
Take a vanilla stick, squeeze the core out of it.
Add the squeezed vanilla paste to the dough, mix.
Transfer the resulting dough into a pastry bag.
On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, squeeze the pieces of dough, giving it the desired cookie shape.
Leave the cookies to dry for half an hour at room temperature, then bake for 20 minutes at 180 degrees.
We take out the finished cookies from the oven, cool and serve.
