Instructions

  1. Cook rice according to the instructions on the packet. Cool for at least 2-3 hours (better overnight).
  2. Fry the rice in a little hot oil until it has turned a nice color. Whisk the eggs with the sesame oil, mix with the rice and fry briefly until the egg mixture has set. Fry the spring onions cut into rings briefly and season with salt and pepper.
