Instructions

  1. Cut the tomatoes and hard-boiled eggs into slices and the ham into cubes approx. 2 x 2 cm. Mix everything with mayonnaise (or light salad cream). Season with salt (or herbal salt) and pepper and let it steep. Fold in the chopped parsley.
  2. (The salad should look a bit dry at first, as it is still quite juicy!)
  3. Baguette goes well with it.
