Instructions

  1. Beat the eggs, powdered sugar and vanilla sugar until very frothy. Slowly pour in the oil and eggnog while stirring. Mix the flour, cornstarch and baking powder and stir carefully.
  2. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees (fan oven to 150 degrees). The cake is baked after approx. 60 minutes.
