Instructions

  1. First the eggs are boiled hard for 10 minutes, quenched and peeled. The pickles and onions are cut into small pieces. It is best to chop the onion very finely, otherwise you will eat whole pieces with it.
  2. Mix the eggs with the finely chopped cucumber and the onion in a bowl, chop the eggs with a knife. Add the mayonnaise and stir and continue to chop everything until you get a spreadable mixture. Then season with the spices.
  3. I also like to add mushrooms or peppers. Which also tastes very tasty.
