Instructions

  1. Cut the eggs, cheese and pineapple into small pieces (dice). Season with mayonnaise, pineapple juice, salt, pepper, curry and Half & Half milk and cream.
  2. You can change it with lemon juice, instead of the pineapple with apple.
  3. My quantities are flexible, you can use less eggs or more cheese and more curry or less pepper, if you like. Add pineapple juice and Half & Half as desired, it should not be too thick or too runny, preferably creamy.
  4. Let the salad soak in the fridge a little.
