Ingredients
- 6 egg (s), hard-boiled
- 200 g cheese, butter cheese or mozzarella
- 2 tablespoon mayonnaise, (bought or homemade)
- 0.5 ½ pineapple, cut into small pieces or a can pineapple pieces
- Pineapple juice at will
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, freshly ground to taste, also a little dried chili peppers (crushed red pepper)
- some curry
- some milk, low-fat
- some cream

- Cut the eggs, cheese and pineapple into small pieces (dice). Season with mayonnaise, pineapple juice, salt, pepper, curry and Half & Half milk and cream.
- You can change it with lemon juice, instead of the pineapple with apple.
- My quantities are flexible, you can use less eggs or more cheese and more curry or less pepper, if you like. Add pineapple juice and Half & Half as desired, it should not be too thick or too runny, preferably creamy.
- Let the salad soak in the fridge a little.
