Sandwiches with Cheese and Pineapple

If you want to serve a light snack for wine or champagne, here is a recipe for how to make sandwiches with cheese and pineapple. Sweet pineapple and tender cheese make a great combination of flavors.

Servings: 5-6

Ingredients

  • Toast bread – 1 Piece
  • Canned Pineapple – 0.5 Liter (1 can)
  • Cheese – 300 Grams
  • Pomegranate – 1 Piece
  • Butter – 100 Grams

Directions

  1. Spread a thin layer of butter on the loaf or toast.
  2. Place the bread, butter side down, in a preheated skillet.
  3. Put canned pineapples on top of the bread.
  4. Cut the cheese into thin slices. Lay them on top of the pineapple.
  5. Place a few pomegranate seeds on the cheese. Cover the skillet with a lid and cook over low heat until the cheese is melted.
  6. That’s it! Serve the sandwiches hot.
