Ingredients

  • 1 baguette (s)
  • 300 g chicken
  • 3 onion (s), red
  • 1 avocado (s)
  • 5 small tomato (s)
  • 4 slices cheese
  • 100 g cheese, rated
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • Balsamic vinegar
  • Lemon juice
  • butter
  • oil

Instructions

  1. First wash, dry and cut the meat into small pieces. In a bowl, mix the mustard, tomato paste and balsamic vinegar with salt and pepper and let the meat marinate in it (at least 1 hour).
  2. Halve the avocado and remove the stone. Remove the pulp with a spoon and mash it with a fork. Then add the lemon juice, a finely chopped onion, a chopped clove of garlic and 2 diced tomatoes and season with salt, pepper and chilli to taste.
  3. Heat oil in a pan and fry the prepared chicken vigorously. Take the meat out of the pan and put the onions, cut into rings, directly into the hot pan. When the onions have turned a nice color, add the grated cheese, stir quickly and remove the pan from the heat.
  4. Cut the baguette open and thinly butter one half and then spread a clove of garlic over it. Cover the second half with the cheese slices and bake both baguette halves in the oven until the cheese has melted.
  5. To cover the butter side of the baguette, brush the avocado cream and spread the chicken pieces on top. Then add the remaining, sliced tomatoes and the onion and cheese mixture. Now just put the top of the baguette on and enjoy!
