Avocado and Tuna Pasta for Sandwiches

A variety of pasta and pates is a delicious appetizer for both the daily table and the festive one. I bring to your attention avocado and tuna pasta.

Ingredients

  • Canned tuna in its juice – 1 can (190 g)
  • Avocado – 1 pc.
  • Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
  • Garlic – 1 clove.
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper – to taste

Directions

  1. Prepare the ingredients for making avocado and tuna pasta for sandwiches.
  2. Put the tuna from a tin into a bowl, drain the liquid.
  3. Mash the tuna with a fork, removing the bones.
  4. Cut the avocado into two halves, take out the pulp with a spoon, put it on the tuna.
  5. Mash the avocado with a fork until smooth, leaving small pieces if desired. (If you like a more uniform texture, you can grind the ingredients in the blender).
  6. Chop the garlic.
  7. Add the garlic to a bowl and stir.
  8. Season with salt and pepper the avocado and tuna paste, add lemon juice, stir. Cover the bowl with a lid, leave it in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
  9. Serve the avocado and tuna pasta with fresh bread, toast, crispbread, or crackers. Tasty to complement the sandwich with herbs.
