Ingredients
- Toast bread, sliced
- 2 cans tuna in water a 00g (drained weight 155 g / can)
- 1 medium onion (s), peeled and finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon capers, very finely chopped
- 2 tablespoon chives, finely chopped
- 5 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoon cream
- some salt and pepper, whiter
For decoration:
- Olives
- Egg (s), boiled
- Cucumber (noun)
- some powder, (Sulzpulver), possibly

- Put all ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix well with the mixer. The spread should be fine and creamy, but still easy to spread.
- If necessary, season with salt and pepper. Mix again.
- Then spread the mixture on slices of toast, garnish if you like with boiled egg slices, pickle slices, olive slices.
- The sandwiches can also be coated with brawn (but it doesn`t have to be).
