Ingredients
- 1 pck.QimiQ, (250ml)
- 500 g cream cheese (Blanc Battu, alternatively low-fat quark)
- 1 can tuna, in water (drained weight 80g)
- 3 tablespoon chives, finely chopped
- some salt and pepper
- some paprika powder
- possibly capers, for garnish

- Stir the room warmer QimiQ in a bowl until smooth. Drain the tuna, tear it apart, add to the QimiQ with the remaining ingredients and mix well. Season to taste.
- Tip:
- Spread on toasted wholemeal toast slices and garnish with a few capers.
- Additional info:
- QimiQ consists of single cream and 1.5% gelatine. This prevents liquid from leaking onto the bread and is therefore ideal for preparation. It can also be kept in the refrigerator for a few days.
