Ingredients
- 250 g cream (QimiQ), low in calories
- 250 g natural yourt
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 3 tablespoon powdered sugar
- 200 g compote (pear compote)
- 1 tablespoon pear brandy (Williams pear, to taste)
- 4 tablespoon pear juice

- Beat the cream until smooth. Add the yogurt, lemon juice and powdered sugar, mix. Cut the compote pears into cubes. Stir in pear cubes and juice, refine with Williams pear if necessary.
- Tip: The crème can be served immediately and can also be made with grated apples, for example.
