• 1 pck.QimiQ, (250ml)
• 500 g cream cheese (Blanc Battu, alternatively low-fat quark)
• 1 can tuna, in water (drained weight 80g)
• 3 tablespoon chives, finely chopped
• some salt and pepper
• some paprika powder
• possibly capers, for garnish

Instructions

1. Stir the room warmer QimiQ in a bowl until smooth. Drain the tuna, tear it apart, add to the QimiQ with the remaining ingredients and mix well. Season to taste.

3. Spread on toasted wholemeal toast slices and garnish with a few capers.

5. QimiQ consists of single cream and 1.5% gelatine. This prevents liquid from leaking onto the bread and is therefore ideal for preparation. It can also be kept in the refrigerator for a few days.
