Stir the room warmer QimiQ in a bowl until smooth. Drain the tuna, tear it apart, add to the QimiQ with the remaining ingredients and mix well. Season to taste.
Tip:
Spread on toasted wholemeal toast slices and garnish with a few capers.
Additional info:
QimiQ consists of single cream and 1.5% gelatine. This prevents liquid from leaking onto the bread and is therefore ideal for preparation. It can also be kept in the refrigerator for a few days.
