Ingredients
- 2 egg yolks
- 300 ml vegetable oil
- 2 small Can / s tuna, in oil
- salt and pepper
- 1 tablespoon mustard, medium hot
- 0.5 ½ onion (s)

- Place the egg yolks in a tall container and mix with the magic wand while slowly adding the oil. Add salt, pepper and mustard and mix.
- Add the tuna with the canned oil and the chopped onion while mixing until a smooth cream is formed.
